Hi

I finally underwent the hydrostatic body fat measurement. Dunked under water, my body fat % came at 20.
which for my age bracket is considered good (range of 19-22), somehow I don't feel it is good enough.
so, my new goal is to be on the excellent range (under 18%)

by the way, I measured also in the gym with the bioelectrical wheel and it came out the same!
so, I will follow up on my % in the gym (free).

Race Report: NJ Marathon 2009

This is the second time I’ve run the NJ Marathon. I loved it last year as I loved it this year. Last year the weather held out for all of us, this year however the weather wasn’t so forgiving. The light drizzle in the beginning of the race was actually kinda nice, but the downpour later on during the 26.2mile journey was grueling. I have some fun pictures to show all of you.
